No lease is required for the shared space, but a lease for a private office is required for one year. For both options you need to sign a coworking agreement which outlines the terms and conditions of the DMG Dream Center.

Rental insurance is not required, but recommended to protect your personal property.

If you have a private office, you can bring in clients as often as you’d like. In the shared space you can reserve our conference table, based on availability. The first hour is free, after the first hour each guest will need to pay a fee of $10 per hour.

Children and pets are not permitted due to consideration of others in the shared space and to prevent injuries.

Yes. Printing and copies are available for $.20 per page in black and white, and $1.00 per page in color.

Massage therapist, medical, salon, daycare, cooking, and other businesses that require the health department to visit or extreme quiet.

Yes, we offer tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-5pm.
